Yes — you always have access to your WordPress dashboard. Our management service handles the technical updates (WordPress core, plugins, security patches) that most business owners don't want to deal with. Content updates included in your plan are for when you'd rather hand them to us.
We monitor uptime 24/7. If your site goes down, we're notified immediately and begin investigation. Growth and Premium clients get a guaranteed response time (4 hours and 2 hours respectively). Most issues are resolved within 1–2 hours.
Yes. We manage WordPress sites regardless of who built them. During onboarding, we audit your current setup and migrate to our managed hosting environment if needed. If your site has structural issues, we'll flag them and quote any fixes separately.
After the initial 3-month period, you can cancel with 30 days notice. No penalties, no exit fees. We'll provide a full handover of your site files, backups, and credentials.
Additional hours are billed at $120/hour for Essential clients, $100/hour for Growth, and $85/hour for Premium. We'll always confirm before any additional work begins.
